After final exams student should know what kind of object of interest is right for him and what he will do during the following four or five years at the university. This is the best time to look around, change the course and make the decision one more time. Apart from field of study the most important are people’s interests and passions. Student may do many things at this area. Let’s take for example Management and Marketing Studies. That kind of knowledge should allow young adept of this discipline understand contemporary management techniques and ways of marketing, assist to become a responsible open-minded manager who knows how to extend and maintain long-time connections with buyers. Student should not only know the difference between multi-level marketing and word-of-mouth marketing (WOM marketing), but also try to make use of it in his existence. He can make some social experiments, try to sell something using social network, take a part in marketing buzz and check information about product, look at people’s responses, take notes and the most important – enjoy.
The other field of interest – Journalism. According to definition Journalism is “collecting, transformation, and dissemination of news and information related to the news to an community”, so it’s a field of study where being lettered is a large asset. Young journalists should like reading all kind of books and understand how to divide and pick out information. They must like speaking with other people and gently listen what they want to declare. During the studies journalists can be an active adherents of some section or foundation, try to take interviews from interesting (but not necessary famous people), discover a touching themes, try to analyse obtained information, take practice in some local newspaper and actively learn future job. Finding a right and satisfying function is an essential target of all studies.
Young people can find job in any area, but they have to have interest in what they want to do (and sometimes by very patient). If somebody has finished accomplished Ethnology and he adores old folk practices and has knowledge about herbs – that’s super, he can crate a book, have a shop or teach people how to search healing herbs – all he needs it is a fine concept. He must discover how to use and build up his art. A passion and an concept that is all what students need to have.
